Beginning July 1, 2002 Analytical Services started sending its analytical reports to clients attached to e-mail, where ever possible. The reports are attached as Adobe PDF files, which look the same as the traditional report we sent via US mail. This method of reporting is used by many other laboratories and has several advantages.

1. The client receives the report two to five days sooner than by US mail.
2. The reports can be easily stored on the client's computer.
3. The laboratory will be able to archive client reports for longer periods, than is possible with paper file copies.
4. The laboratory staff will have quicker access to analytical reports via the laboratory network, when questions arise.
5. Laboratory mailing costs will be reduced.
6. The client will receive more interpretative information with the e-report.

If you are interested in receiving your report via e-mail, please make sure your e-mail address is clearly printed on the sample collection form, which accompanies the sample to the lab. You will need a copy of Adobe Reader to view reports. You can download the reader free from Adobe. Following are three example reports, less interpretative materials, which you can view
